As always in the business life, it is unfortunately also not the case with the accommodation reservation without legal regulations. Our General Terms and Conditions are the basis for the contract. Changes must be made in writing.

1.) Service providers:

2.) Reception contract:

A guest accommodation contract is concluded once the apartment has been ordered and the order has been confirmed by us. The receipt of your booking as mail, fax, letter, or via our reservation form is considered binding! Confirmation of your reservation by phone, fax, mail, or letter.

The guest accommodation contract obliges the parties to the contract to fulfill the contract, indifferently, for how long the contract has been concluded.

The keys are handed over on the spot with an instruction of the apartment. The apartment can be used on the day of arrival from 2 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

The owner reserves the right to change the interior features of the property.

The landlord is entitled to change the apartment if necessary. For short-term repairs. The landlord is not liable for valuables.

The use of the ways to the apartment, the apartment, the stairs and the equipment etc. is done at the own risk of the tenant.

3.) Rental price: Please pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking sum after your booking. The remaining payment of the rental price is to be paid no later than three weeks before the arrival date for the number of persons and time reserved for you.

In the case of short-term bookings (less than 21 days) before the arrival day, the entire booking sum must be paid immediately or, if agreed, paid in cash on the spot.

Any further overnight guests must be announced and approved by us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional guests must be paid for. We charge € 10.00 per additional guest per night.

Not included in the rental price is the spa fee of the additional per person and day must be paid. Upon payment of the health insurance, you will receive a health card with which you will receive discounts on prices. Grömitzer wave obtained.

The landlord is obliged to pay this contribution to the municipality of Grömitz.

4.) Minimum rental period:

The minimum rental period for our apartments is 7 nights in the main season, 5 nights in the middle season and 2 nights in the off-season (except during holidays and on holidays).

5.) Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made in writing.

The guest is obligated, in case of non-use of the contractual services for the booked and promised period

The following rate is to be paid to the landlord:

If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The guest will pay 90% of the total price in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival.

In the case of cancellation of the tenant, there is no claim to the repayment of the deposit made, since the law does not provide for the possibility to terminate temporary tenancy agreements for the temporary transfer of housing (§ 535) .The deposit is forfeited in case of cancellation, cancellation or non-use of the holiday apartment ..

The conclusion of a travel cancellation / break-out insurance is recommended.

6.) Liability:

The guest is liable for self-inflicted damage to the apartment during its use in full. The landlord can not be held responsible for short-term breakdown of furnishings, public supply, etc., a price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure.

7.) Animals:

8.) Severability clause:

Should some passages be incorrect or ineffective, a dispute shall be interpreted as meaningful.

9.) Jurisdiction:

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of work.
